Feb 15, 2019 Can't update Microsoft Office 2011 for Mac! Every time I try to update Microsoft Word 2011 (which I bought several years ago with my MacBook as a one-off purchase) it says. AutoUpdate cannot connect to the update server. The server might be too busy, or there might be a problem with your network connection. Wait a few minutes and then try again. Installing two version of Office on your Mac can be done, but we would like to suggest you keep one version of Office on your Mac since you have already had Office 2019 for Mac, a newer version and have more features. The latest version of Office 2016 for Mac is 16.16.10. The latest version of Office 2016 for Mac is 16.25.
